VISION 2008
7th November 2008
We presented the latest release of our machine vision software Adaptive Vision Studio
at the VISION 2008 show in Stuttgart between 4th and 6th November 2008.
The new version includes new template matching function and
end-user GUI designer module. In order to demonstrate the software
versatility we configured it to track gold fish which attracted
a lot of visitors to our stand. The show gave us opportunity
to talk to our existing image acquisition partners and
establish a relationship with new camera and frame grabber
manufacturers.
EMVA Member
29th August 2008
Adaptive Vision became a member of European Machine Vision Association (EMVA).
EMVA aims to be an industry lobby to support the interests and
concerns of its members. The association helps ensure that the

30 days evaluation version is available for download.
Adaptive Vision - GenICamTM associative member
22nd April 2008
We have joined GenICamTM group, which is a standard group hosted by the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA).
The goal of GenICamTM is to provide a generic programming interface for all kinds of cameras. No matter what interface technology (GigE Vision, Camera Link, 1394 DCAM, USB, etc.) they are using or what features they are implementing, the application programming interface (API) should be always the same.
Adaptive Vision Studio supports Basler GenICamTM cameras through Pylon, Basler's implementation of the GenICamTM interface.
